Meeting at the garden - Faudé garden

As part of the "Rendez-vous aux jardins" days, come and discover the Faudé garden in Orbey.

This 10-acre garden was created around thirty years ago. A sloping marshy meadow had to be drained and terraces created; the sloping areas have been planted with old roses mixed with perennials and shrubs: cornus kousa, cotinus, rhododendrons, etc... A pond surrounded by water irises is home to koi carp. Trees such as the catalpa, gingko biloba and accolade prunus fascinate the eye. The vegetable garden and orchard provide the family with a wealth of fruit and vegetables. A vegetable garden and orchard are part of the route.

Self-guided or guided tours by the owners.

On the programme:

- Saturday afternoon: a musical stroll through the garden.
- Sunday: the music school choir provide the entertainment.
