Share the chef’s passion for foraging.
In spring and summer, he offers you a culinary experience, taking you on a walk along the herb-lined paths of the Haut-Rhin. Each herb holds the promise of a unique taste and scent. Yarrow, garlic mustard, lady’s mantle, mugwort, wood sorrel, elderflower, meadow flowers, wild thyme, bedstraw, meadow cress, cow parsley, hogweed... During this walk, you’ll learn to see nature in a new light — recognising, smelling, picking and respecting these living, edible and fragile treasures.
Then, back at the restaurant, let yourself be guided on another journey of discovery – a culinary one, this time – featuring five courses created by Jérôme Jaegle, a Michelin-starred chef.
It’s just a short step from the forest to the plate – a convivial and delicious experience awaits.
Places are limited to 12 people and subject to a minimum of 6 participants. Bookings can only be made by telephone or email.
