Christmas at the Pays Welche brewery

With the holidays approaching, the Brasserie du Pays Welche is offering a special Christmas Beer workshop and a tasting pairing local cheeses with beers. 

During a guided tour, participants will explore the different stages of craft beer production and learn about the unique aspects of brewing Christmas beer. A sensory workshop will allow you to discover the spices used in the beer’s recipe and try to identify their aromatic notes during the tasting. 

The tour will continue with a guided tasting of a selection of the brewery’s beers, paired with local cheeses that perfectly complement the beers’ various flavor profiles: Munster, Barkass...

This event celebrates artisanal craftsmanship and local products in a spirit of discovery and camaraderie.
