Heritage days - Saint-Wendelin Chapel

As part of Heritage Days, come and enjoy a guided tour of Saint-Wendelin Chapel.

It is situated near the Porte Haute (towards Labaroche). The neo-Gothic chapel was built in the 18th century and rebuilt around 1878–1880 outside the old 12th-century ramparts.

The tour is followed by a walk through the narrow streets of Ammerschwihr to Saint-Martin’s Church, where you will learn about its history, furnishings and statues, including the recently restored 16th-century statue of Saint Anne, funded by the chapels’ association.
