Gastronomic walking tour

Take a gourmet walk through the Kaefferkopf vineyards on an 8-kilometre route open to the general public.

The walk will include 6 stages: aperitif, starter, wine tasting, main course, cheese and dessert. A glass of wine will accompany each stage. A vegetarian version of the menu is also available, please specify when registering.

- Aperitif: pretzel
- Starter: Cauliflower panna cotta with salmon.
- Wine tasting
- Main course: Queen's pie and spaetzle, or for vegetarians: Queen's pie (vegetarian mince made from chickpeas, mushrooms and carrots, served with a creamy vegetable stock-based sauce).
- Three cheeses.
- Dessert: seasonal verrine.

A children's menu until 12 years is also available.

A drink will be served on your return. Come and enjoy with us the beauty of the countryside, our historic monuments and the gastronomy of Ammerschwihr.
