Gastronomy walk of the Basses Huttes

Featuring six gourmet stops, the 10 km route will take you up to the heights of the hamlet of Basses-Huttes, passing through: Le Quimberg, Le Linge, La Lomberg, Le Sombrevoir, Le Coin,...

Participants will be welcomed under the marquee in the hamlet of Les Basses-Huttes, where registrations will be checked, the route map handed out, and a glass provided for you to keep throughout the walk.

Menu 2026

1- Welcome drink, tasting of syrups made with local herbs from Les Basses-Huttes.

2- Pretzel appetiser, mountain cheeses and Crémant d’Alsace.

3- Starter. Smoked Orbey trout with mashed potatoes and lovage coulis. Riesling.

4- Main course. Pork neck, grilled potatoes with meuratte sauce. Pinot Noir.

5- Munster cheese and accompaniments. Pinot Gris.

6- Dessert. Tchic, fromage blanc and garden jam. Crémant d’Alsace or Gewurztraminer, coffee.

Unlimited spring water at every stage, and apple juice for those who do not wish to drink wine.

Maximum 200 participants –  5 start times (10 am /10.30 am / 11 am/ 11.30 am and 12 pm).
