Created over forty years ago on a meadow, this garden—nestled in the mountains between pasture and forest—has evolved alongside farming practices, as part of an ongoing commitment to organic and ecological principles.

This has made it possible to considerably enhance the garden’s plant diversity, despite very limited water availability. Vegetables and flowers grow in harmony with the ground cover.
