As part of the 20th anniversary celebrations, come and enjoy the musical entertainment on Sunday.
The Ecole de Musique de la Vallée de Kaysersberg is fully committed to the events marking the 20th anniversary of the Kaméléon Big Band, and offers a concert in the Cour de l'Arsenal from 10am. With the participation of Iris Bois & Matthieu Braesch's string orchestra, Joëlle Reinold's flute ensemble and Anne Minoux-Kuhlmann's saxophone ensemble.
Then 2 jazz quinttets will continue the musical entertainment, on the town hall place.
"POUR L'OCCASION" is a group of musicians based in central Alsace, whose repertoire focuses on jazz, bossa nova and jazz funk.
"JAM" is a jazz quintet made up of 5 musician friends who met in various jazz big bands in central Alsace over 15 years ago, giving the group a solid musical bond. Through swing, bebop, groove and Latin, "Jam" covers well-known and lesser-known jazz themes, with a strong emphasis on improvisation, in keeping with the great tradition of jazz musicians.
Benches and tables will be provided to make the most of the occasion, and why not enjoy a drink and some local delicacies.
