The winery Maurice Griss is a family-run wine estate, handed down from mother to daughter. Since 2017, Josiane GRISS has been cultivating 8.5 hectares of vines in organic conversion on the exceptional terroirs of Ammerschwihr. The grapes, harvested by hand when fully ripe, undergo rigorous selection before being pressed slowly and gently. The vinification process is as natural as possible, giving birth to authentic wines with character.
In the winery's cellar, you'll receive a warm welcome from Marion, Josiane's niece, who will help you discover and taste crémant, white and red wines, the prestigious Grand Cru Kaefferkopf and blended wines. To extend this convivial atmosphere, Marion transforms the cellar into a wine bar on certain evenings, serving plates of Alsatian specialities, and organises a themed gourmet evening once a month.
Group visits are possible by appointment, with prices adapted to the number of participants. Please contact us.
