Mountainbike perfecting course at the Bike Park

The Bike Park du Lac Blanc offers a course to improve your riding skills for people from 13 years and over who already have experience in a bike park or in a similar discipline (enduro, bmx...), who have mastered the basic techniques and who are able to take medium-sized jumps or modules on blue and red tracks.

This course is supervised by Alexandre, certified instructor. The best way to discover the joys of riding.

Content: improving riding skills, increasing rhythm and endurance for faster passages, learning about your own limits

Program: review of basic techniques, improvement of jumps, improvement of passages on medium-sized modules (blue and red tracks), management of rhythm and endurance

Equipment required: minimum 26 inch mountain bike with 140 mm front and rear wheel travel, protective equipment (DH helmet mandatory) and all other protection strongly recommended (back protector, elbow pads, knee pads, gloves...), suitable clothing

Duration: from 9 am to 4 pm with a lunch break (lunch not included) of 1 hour.

Limited number of places: 8 persons.

The price includes supervision by a certified instructor (excluding equipment, lift pass and meal).
