Picnic area - Oak of the chapel

Between vineyards and mountain, discover Riquewihr, one of the most beautiful village of France. Well-shaded path in summer, it leads you on an oak forest to the « rocher des corbeaux », then to the oak of the chapel. A perfect place to have a small snack. Then the way goes down in the direction of Riquewihr.

On the way back you take a part of the Camino de Santiago through vineyards.

Or what do you think about a hike between forest, town and vineyards to learn more about remarkable trees? 2,5 hours, an important height difference, suitable for children from the age of 8. After a quite steep climb, it is time to stop and enjoy a delicious sandwich on the oak of the chapel picnic area. On this imposing tree a famous oratory is fixed.
